Julia will again join the Columbia GSAPP Urban Design third semester teaching team for Spring 2019 as the department shifts towards a new program direction defined by Building Resilience in Global Cities. Students will working in two cities included in the 100 Resilient Cities Program, which are Pune, India and Can Tho, Vietnam.​
