A write up in the American Anthropological Society's blog Anthropology and Ecology, profiled the innovative approach that Studio Rede is taking to facilitate a collaborative design process to enable the remote inhabitants of Bali's cultural landscape to combine maximum development impact with minimum impact pressure. Anthropologist Steve Lansing and Studio Rede have prepared a design proposal, “Gateways to Sacred Lands”, offering initial suggestions for imagining educational facilities in the World Heritage.
